We installed a pair of wrought iron gates and some custom feather edge fencing in Offord Cluny, St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

The client had a side opening from the front to the rear garden at the side of the property. The side had access by a small picket gate which was quite rotten. We sourced a decent pair of large wrought iron gates. The reason we installed a pair of gates was wide access is needed for various garden machinery.

The gates were hung on 100mm wooden fence posts and some custom feather edge board fencing was installed with wooden gravel boards either side of the gate to block the side entrance. Thi makes the side entrance a lot more secure that the previous small 3ft picket fence and picket gate. Security lighting was also installed to cover the area with a PIR LED flood light for when using the entrance in the dark.

All waste was removed from the site and the area left neat and tidy.
