We were called to a property in Grafham, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire by the client. The property was rented and the recent winds in March 2014 caused a lot of damage to the existing fencing. The landlord asked us if we could inspect the fence and repair as required.

The majority of the fencing was structually sound apart from two posts. One post was completely rotten and broken at ground level the other post was ok but worked loose in its existing concrete.

We replaced one 100mm x 100mm wooden post and dug out the post hole to allow for 24" footings. We concreted the new post in and also concreted the existing loose post. We attached the clients existing fencing and attached the gravel board.
