We were called to a property in Little Staughton, Bedfordshire that had a number of problems with the exisiting guttering.

Firstly the property was surrounded by many established trees and shrubs. The guttering was full with fallen leaves which was causing blockages and water was overflowing from the guttering and running down the exterior walls.

The gutter system had a few minor issues that also needed repairing. A broken down pipe needed replacing and a few leaking joints were also repaired. The rest of the guttering was also surveyed for any other potential propblems.

If your property is surrounded by a lot of trees it is worth having them cleaned every 6 to 9 months as a general maintenance programme. General gutter cleaning should be carried out every 12 - 18 months to avoid any potential problems and unnecessary expense.
