We were called to Spaldwick Service Station just off the A14 on Tuesday 27th May 2014. The service station site has a large amount of grounds that had become overgrown.
The service station is now open 24 hours so the site manager required the are to be cleared and tidied up to make the forecourt more attractive for the service stations customers.
In some places grass and weeds had grown to over 5 feet in height. The growth was blocking essential signs and safety bollards around the forcourt. We strimmed all the ground areas around the service station to bring it back to a maintainable size.
Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we had to contend with heavy rainful. We completed the job after 7 hours and cleaned the forecourt area from grass and clippings.
We are going to be going back to do some tree lopping and some essentail weed control around the grounds.
